What is Swype?

Swype, Inc: The team that created the newest, most popular virtual keyboard in the world.

Swype, (noun): A virtual keyboard for touch screen devices that enables rapid text input through continuous touch.

Swype, (verb): To input text on a touch screen via continuous touch.

Swype is available on 10s of millions of touch-screen devices in 40+ languages, enabling people using these devices to write at speeds beyond 40 words per minute. It is arguably the best text input keyboard on the planet!

But we have more to do. There are billions of people in the world, and their mobile communication would be much improved if all their devices had Swype. That’s where you come in - we need your help to make it happen!
